PROVEN PERFORMANCE

  • Nick has been an invaluable part of the Trosky Baseball program for nearly a decade. His impact goes far beyond traditional baseball instruction. Over the years, he has worked closely with our teams on the mental side of the game while also helping players develop their mobility, speed, strength, and overall athleticism.

Nick has coached and helped develop numerous players who have gone on to play college and professional baseball, and his ability to connect with players and help them grow both on and off the field has made a tremendous impact on our organization. Having Nick as part of Trosky has been a major asset and is one of the things that helps separate our program from other organizations in the area.

  • I've been working with Brent for over two years and the difference is more than noticeable. He has not only helped me be in the best physical condition of my career, but he has changed my mental game for the better, too. He pushes me to be the best, try my best in everything I do, and reminds me that your best effort never falls short, but brings you closer to your goals. He's been a great friend, coach, and mentor!

  • I’ve known Coach Nick for many years now, and he's been one of the biggest influences on my baseball journey. He's helped me grow physically, improving my swing, speed, and strength. But even more than that, he's trained me mentally.

He's taught me how to stay focused, bounce back from mistakes, and have confidence and believe in myself no matter what. That mental side is just as important as the physical side, because without confidence and a strong mindset, you can't perform your best.

Thanks to Coach Nick, I've grown not just as a player, but as a person. I'm more disciplined, more confident, and ready for anything.

  • Brent has always pushed me to be the best version of myself. Beyond helping me build up my physical body and strength, he has aided me so much mentally, and he has always been there for me as a trainer, mentor, and most importantly, a friend.
